Moto X Play now receiving Android 6.0 OTA (24.11.18.en.CA) update in Canada

Just few hours ago, we reported that HTC is seeding Android 6.0 OTA update to their Unlocked HTC One M9. And now it’s Moto X Play’s turn to get a Marshmallow treat. Users over XDA have reported that they are getting Android 6.0 update notifications to their Moto X play devices. The update rolling out carries a version number 24.11.18.en.CA and weighs 570.5MB in size.

Motorola has also uploaded the official release notes on their Canadian website. This update brings many new features like Now on Tap, Direct Share, Do Not Disturb button in quick settings, improved app permissions and much more.
