In Wi-Fi certification database, the said device appeared with two model numbers SM-T375S and SM-T375L. These certifications didn’t tell us much but a simple search in Zauba revealed atleast its screen size, although that could have been easily guessed with its model number SM-T375.

According to the listing on Zauba, the device was imported on December 7 for testing and evaluation purposes in India, and its screen size is mentioned as 8-inches. The price, at which it was imported, was 6792 INR (about $103) which tell us nothing about its final price but we can atleast say that it will be an entry-level tablet.

The benchmarks mention the SoC as MSM8996 which is, ofcourse, the Snapdragon 820. The score is less as compared to the other devices spotted running on this chipset, so we should expect some more optimizations done by Xiaomi before making the Mi 5 public.

This render shows us the rumoured dual camera setup of LG G5 and the phone seems to be in full metal body. As reported earlier, it will have a non-removable battery and the render suggests this as well.

If you have been reading our reports lately, then you might already be knowing this device will come equipped with a Snapdragon 820, 3GB RAM and Adreno 530 GPU. You already know about the dual camera setup at the back with laser back and a 8MP shooter at front. It is rumoured to have a hear rate sensor, IR blaster at top, single speaker at bottom and a USB Type-C. There is no info about its release yet.

This screenshot confirms that LG G5 will have a dual-camera setup at the back, out of which one will be 16MP and other one around 8MP. We still don’t know how is this dual camera setup gonna work. You can see the GPU is listed as Adreno 530 which comes with Snapdragon 820, so that’s also confirmed now, along with 3 gigs of RAM. The mentioned screen size also matches up with yesterday’s leak which is 5.3 inches and its resolution being 2560 x 1440.

The leakster’s other post tells us more about the features of LG G5, according to which LG G5 will be equipped with laser focus, fingerprint sensor at the back, a hear rate sensor, IR blaster at top, single speaker at bottom and also a USB Type-C. He also mentions some pressure sensors which were mentioned in yesterday’s leak too. We don’t know chinese and the translation also mentioned “spectrum sensing”, but it’s difficult to guess what is it exactly.

The bottom is blurred out, but it seems like it is having a USB Type-C port, and speaker on one side of that port and microphone on the other side, probably, or they could be dual bottom firing speakers, microphone being somewhere else. These images confirm the oval shaped home button too and according to the the previous rumours, it should have be having the fingerprint scanner. The leakster also uploaded the patent documents dated December 23, 2015, one of those documents was above, two below.

Update 1 That leakster also uploaded the patent documents of its fingerprint scanner last night which appears to be build inside the screen. I can’t tell you about its working at this moment, but we will definitely get to know more about it near future.

Update 2 Here is the complete image of Xiaomi Mi 5’s design patent and a report coming from Techweb tells us more about the fingerprint scanner embedded in the display. As expected, it should be the ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and should work when you touch anywhere on the screen. Also the display in Xiaomi Mi 5 will be pressure sensitive just like Apple’s 3D touch.

Even the curves on the side of the phone match with the Xiaomi Mi Note Pro. I really doubt that after delaying the flagship this much, they will make it look similar to their old devices. As we approach the launch, which is rumoured to be in Q1 2016, we will see more renders and images leaking out. And specs-wise, the device is rumoured to come equipped with a Snapdragon 820 with 3GB RAM in 32GB internal storage variant and 4GB RAM in 64GB storage variant, along with 5.2 inches display and a 16 rear camera with a battery of 3600 mAh. These renders also suggests that the device will have a USB Type-C port and should be priced between 2000-2300 yuan ($300-$350).

The shared specifications claim that LG G5 will have a 5.3 inches display with a Quad HD resolution running on Snapdragon 820 SoC coupled with 3GB of RAM. It will have a dual camera setup (16MP and 8MP) at the rear with laser focus and a 8MP camera at the front. It will also sport speakers at the bottom, an IR blaster at the top, a heart rate sensor, a fingerprint scanner like LG V10 and a Type-C USB port. All this will be packed inside a full metal body with a non-removable battery, along with a microSD card slot on the right giving you an option to expand its storage capacity. And yeah, the leakster also says that it will also have some kind of pressure sensor, not sure what did he mean by that.

From the user’s reddit history, I can add few more points like for the battery, he said “The battery seems to be 3500+ mah”. In terms of design, it will have rounded corners according to him. Well I can’t say how much round but the leakster liked it.

According to the report, HTC has planned to release a mid-range device in the Taiwanese markets after the Lunar New Year Holidays. These holidays fall will fall from February 6-14. So the HTC is planning to release either at the end of February or in early March. This device will probably be HTC One X9 as hinted by HTC in the teasers uploaded on its Weibo account, last week.

Report further says that we should expect its pricing to be between NT$12,000 (US$365) – NT$15,000 (US$455). As per the rumours, HTC One X9 will have a 5.5-inches Full HD display, Helio X10 MT6795 processor, 16GB of storage, 13MP camera with OIS, 4MP or 5MP UltraPixel front shooter with OIS and a 3000 mAh battery. It is expected to come in two variants, 16GB internal storage with 2GB RAM and 32GB storage with 3GB RAM. Last month, Meizu’s VP posted on his Weibo account that the company is working on a 4.7-inches devices which will be available in H1 2016 and also said that it is Pro series device costing around 2499 chinese yuan (around $390). That definitely suggested that a Meizu Pro 5 Mini or a similar device is under the works. Now, few days back China Mobile held an event in which it showed the roadmap of its releases in the upcoming months and that roadmap also mentioned a 4.7-inches device from Meizu to be released in April 2016.

Now in terms of specs, rumours say that it will running on Helio X20 SoC with a FHD 4.7-inches display and a 16MP rear camera, along with a with a metal body and fingerprint sensor.

It should be equipped with Apple’s A9 processor and 2GB of RAM. Also expect it to be coming with Touch ID and may be a metallic unibody design also.

Update I should have written iPhone 6C instead of iPhone 7C as pointed out by AppleInsider. Since the iPhone 7 lineup is still 8-10 months far away, we will rather get an iPhone 6C.
