LG G5 specifications surfaces on reddit, leakster claims to have handled a prototype

A reddit user with username mobile_leaks posted specifications of the LG’s upcoming flagship, LG G5 on the Android sub. The user claims that he got his hands on a prototype, hence he also shared a photo of its back, not full back though. Seeing the user’s account history, it appears that he posted on many sub-reddits before coming to the Android sub, as he didn’t know there is an Android sub and most of the specs match-up with the previous leaks, which makes them more easier to guess. Anyway, lets talk about the specs below.

The shared specifications claim that LG G5 will have a 5.3 inches display with a Quad HD resolution running on Snapdragon 820 SoC coupled with 3GB of RAM. It will have a dual camera setup (16MP and 8MP) at the rear with laser focus and a 8MP camera at the front. It will also sport speakers at the bottom, an IR blaster at the top, a heart rate sensor, a fingerprint scanner like LG V10 and a Type-C USB port. All this will be packed inside a full metal body with a non-removable battery, along with a microSD card slot on the right giving you an option to expand its storage capacity. And yeah, the leakster also says that it will also have some kind of pressure sensor, not sure what did he mean by that.

From the user’s reddit history, I can add few more points like for the battery, he said “The battery seems to be 3500+ mah”. In terms of design, it will have rounded corners according to him. Well I can’t say how much round but the leakster liked it.
