We haven’t heard anything about the 2016 refresh of Samsung Galaxy J7 yet. But thanks to its recent visit to GFXbench which has revealed all of its specifications now. Similar to the Galaxy J5 (2016), which appeared in GFXbench yesterday, Galaxy J7 (2016) carries the model number SM-J710.
According to the specifications revealed by the GFXbench listing, this updated Galaxy J7 will have a Full HD 5.5 inches display whereas the current Galaxy J7 has a HD 5.5 inches display. For multi-tasking, it will be equipped with 3GB of RAM which is double of what the current Galaxy J7 has. All other specifications will remain the same, such as the Snapdragon 615 SoC, 13MP camera at rear while 5MP at front. We might also see a change in battery capacity.
There is no information yet about the release date of Samsung Galaxy J7 (2016) but we will keep you updated if we find anything in this regard.
